Visited today and this was our first time at this location.
The woman who took our order in the drive-thru was incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly. If the rating were based on her alone, it would easily be higher.
At the pickup window, we were told to pull forward and park in a different area while waiting on a 10-piece chicken strip order. That part was a bit confusing at first because I wasn’t immediately clear on where to go, and I was concerned about being in the way of traffic. Once we pulled up, it made more sense since regular traffic exits right before that area.
The wait was a little longer, but the chicken strips were fresh, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the handoff at the end felt rushed and careless — the bag was basically shoved passed with a “here you go” vibe, which took away from what was otherwise a good experience.
Overall, good food and great service at the order window, just some disorganization and a rough handoff that kept it from being a five-star visit. -
Keep a close eye on this location and look through your takeout THOROUGHLY. Three times this year so far, we have been in a rush to get somewhere, not checked the bag in time, and found ourselves shorted a sandwich. We are regular Chick-fil-A patrons; this seems to uniquely affect this location.

Great food as always with very good service. This is another location devoted to drive thru. Limited parking if you want to eat inside.

I gave this location one more try today, but I’ll keep driving the extra 7 minutes to the one two exits down the interstate. I don’t know how their service manages to be so slow here. It’s terrible every time, and I’m not a person who is generally impatient or grumbles. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I had to leave after 10 minutes of waiting for two drinks because I had to pick up a child from school. I asked them to cancel my order when she came to the car and asked me to pull around and wait. All I ordered was drinks! I have not been refunded yet, and I keep getting stuck in a loophole when I try to request a refund on the app. I can’t emphasize how much I never leave bad reviews and generally am willing to give the benefit of the doubt. This CFA has screwed up too many times. I really did want to try and redeem it today. CFA in general is still really great and will likely issue me drink vouchers, but you just can’t go here if you don’t have time to wait, even for just drinks, and even when it isn’t busy.

I had the absolute displeasure of visiting this location. I was unimpressed with the food. The fries and sandwich were cold, despite having someone tell me that they were waiting on key components of the meal. Staff could be seen playing in the drive thru despite having the mobile thru line with several cars in it. After about a 5 minute wait, I was asked to pull up and the car behind me was served. I waited another minute or so for my food. I requested a manager and met with Elijah who shifted blame, dodged accountability and made excuse after excuse. It honestly felt like McDonald’s. No one even said “my pleasure.” I hope that my experience was just a one-off but I will be going to a different location to be sure.
