I'm impressed with the srvice from the young lady minding the dining room friday evening. I stopped for fish dinner, dine in around 6'ish and the restaurant was clean and people were being waited on quickly, the line and drive thru were moving really quickly, and the food was good! The Lady minding the dining room was courteous and kept the dining area very clean, and I mean it even smelled clean! That is my ultimate test of cleanliness.
The service is better than ever, and I applaud the new management for the commendable changes. -
The service is wonderful. I don’t eat their food but my mom and grandma enjoyed it so that’s all that matters. The inside of the restaurant is falling apart though.

Came here for lunch and enjoyed the service and food. Talayah was kind and made the experience exceptional! Great food, great service, and great all-around staff. Talayah was the only name I caught, but all staff were great and handled the pressure of the lunch rush extremely well!

Ordered through their app. Went to pick it up, sauces were missing. Fish was good, slaw was good, hushpuppies were made well, but bland. This was our first time having Captain D's, and if we ever go back, it'll be for just the fish. Employees were very nice.
