The food is delicious; I love it. I love that they have healthy options. Also, I wanted to add that I was leaving and left some of my order, and the older Caucasian lady ran out to stop me to give me my food. I love the customer service. 👌🏽 😀 👏🏽 🙌🏿

WOW!! Fantastic service and food! I grew up with Captain D’s in KY. Since moving away, every-time we go home, we go to the one in KY. I am so thankful to have found one about an hour from the house. Nancy took our order with a great attitude. The cooks in the back smiled at us while she was taking our order. The food came out hot and fresh! Nancy made sure we had the condiments we wanted, especially ranch and honey mustard. Food was delicious! Nancy came back to clean our table off and refill our drinks. What a great dinner while waiting to pick up family from the airport! The only suggestion: get a new soap dispenser in the women’s bathroom, it is not in the best working order. Thanks again!

Must have made changes, the staff were very cordials and friendly, everyone was working to take care of the customers. Last time l visited the food was not good, seemed like it had been cooked and almost like leftovers. Today my food was very delicious and cooked to perfection. Also last time two of the men employees was out back at the dumpster smoking. Today very supervised and working hard. Ate about 2:30pm. Thanks to all of the employees today l had a delicious meal. Will be back.

The staff their are always outstanding. I go travel their every three months for Dr.appts and i only eat at this captain D's. I use to go to another one but the staff were so rud and unprofessional. After i found this one i drove from my appt. Near the Hospital all the way to captain ds. Even the owner is polite and comes out and geets the customers in the dinning area. I am so sorry that my memory is bad, because the Gentlmen that work in there and the manager both of them need to be reconized by their name. They know who i am because i come in like clock work every three months and i am from Goldsboro.. i always eat a meal and get pleanty to take home with me.

It’s not often you find a smiling face and great customer service at a fast food place now days. I really appreciate Sarah for brightening my day with her overachiever attitude towards providing me with a tip notch experience. Our food was amazing! Well worth the price. I’ll be back!

They have the best food at this one but Alot of the time the employees seem confused and can get attitudes they don't have alot new hires I always get the exact same thing but the price is always different again food amazing but customer service needs a little work

Drive thru order. 2 pc w/fries & coleslaw and breadstick. It was 9:20pm and I was surprised they were still open. It was delicious! Everything was hot and fresh, and the service was great too. I haven’t been here in over a year, but I was truly impressed! Great job crew!

First time eating Captain D’s in Durham. The food was fresh and hot. The fish was flaky and delicious. I enjoyed the fried okra with French fries.

I grew up eating at Long John Silver's restaurants and they are really hard to find these days. Captain D's has very similar battered fried fish plus a bunch of other seafood options. It's very nostalgic for me and I've never had something there that wasn't delicious. I usually get my food to go, the place is a little drab. It's clean, just not exciting. But who cares? No one is going there for the atmosphere, it's all about the food! They are pretty fast with orders too.

First time back here today in a long time since moving back to area recently- it was so good! Spicy fish was so fresh and crispy and tasted awesome (paired well with yummy slaw, but the green beans tasted like a can). Good quantity and quality for a good price. Will definitely be back!

The food was fresh and Hot! Customer service was excellent. Dining room needed a little cleaning but everyone was busy working taking care of the customers. I liked their team work!!! They don't have Texas Pete.
