I have attempted on over ten different occasions to address with both Durham PD and Durham Parks and Rec the issue of motor vehicles (go carts, motor bikes, four wheelers) running tracks at high speed through the park while there are people/pedestrians walking or spending time in the park. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS PARK (despite its new playground area for kids) UNLESS YOU DON’T MIND FAST-MOVING, CARELESS MOTOR VEHICLE ACTIVITY SPEEDING LOUDLY AROUND YOU.

Everything I stop by here, there is trash all over the place. Food papers, plates, and cups. Trash and candy all over the ground. There is only 1 Porta potty, and it is always nasty, and the door doesn't shut all the way.
It's a perfect dog park if you don't mind your dog picking up something and my choke on it. -
Decent basketball court. The top basketball court is kinda on a slope while the lower court looks more level so other than that, not much to complain about. Double rim if you would like to practice on your shot too

Wonderful experience serving the Heavenly Father through Christ Jesus His Only Begotten Son. To see God's Holy Spirit was awesome.
