The cabin of Burt's Bees founder Burt Shavitz, relocated from his beloved Maine, marks the entrance to the company's global headquarters today. Find Burt's Bees products at shops around Durham, while spending time looking at preserved artifacts in the cabin and a buzzing beehive that's available for observation during warmer months besides the front door. There's a mural on the side of the building parallel to the parking deck, as part of a series of murals across the country that represent the number of honeybees needed (50,000) to sustain a healthy hive.
