Went via drive thru, service was prompt, and staff was extremely polite and courteous. The Impossible Whopper was prepared perfectly with fresh ingredients and all the toppings were inside the bun neat, and the bun was springy. Fries were hot, seasoned liberally and lived up to my memory of BK fries (my preferred fast food fry). Y'all are sleeping on this location and BK in general. My meal was still under $10 and in this economy I am very grateful. Hot meal, polite staff, and tasty food.

Thank you KIMBERLY for the good customer service. It was very very busy at this location and only three people working. That was an awesome job ladies.
Most of the food was hot and fresh.
However the fish sandwich I had was NOT fresh, but I was already at the hotel so I didn’t go back. I will contact the store though to let them know.
I love the inside design of this location and the large size. -
I love coming to this Burger King. The employees are always professional and nice. Food is always hot. When you go through the drive through you are always greeted with a warm smile. I’m always impressed when I come to this Burger King

The spanish lady at the counter was so friendly and I enjoyed listening to her talk. I went at lunch time so it was busy, but was still in and out in about 15 minutes. This location is very busy so 15 minutes is impressive at a busy lunch time. Everything was right. One day, McDonald's will be obsolete.

Been in the drive through for over 20 minutes already. Not sure if it's incompetence or lack of staff or a perfect blend of both. This is so far removed from being fast food. This location was super solid for the first month of being re opened and has been full steam rolling downhill into another typical burger king location. Do better , be better and compensate folks for your 30 minute drive through process. As I'm typing this I can see someone looking at the order screen confused like they ain't never seen one before. We got 3 burgers and 1 frie and 2 drinks. I'm on the absolute edge here and see no light at the end of the tunnel but glad my drinks been sitting on the counter sweating for 15 minutes .
