Today I had an amazing experience at this Burger King, I was out volunteering and my card wasn't working I kept having problems, but I had ordered my food already. I pulled to the side and the rep at the window was patient and very nice. I thought I had a solution and pulled back around, and she remembered me at the speaker and said just pull to the window. Once again, no go on my card and I was frustrated. What made this worse is my sugar was very low, and I really needed something to eat. They didn't know that but what happened was amazing. I can sum it up with the words a simple act of kindness. We give fast food workers little to no credit for the work they do. People speak to them with disrespect but expect smiles and great service. I was polite and they were extremely polite and extremely kind. The manager smiled as she found a solution and I am thankful for their kindness towards me a stranger they had never met before. So, before you focus on the negative comments go there with a smile, offer kind words and just know that they are amazing individuals and should not be judged by your fries being cold. I am thankful for their kindness today because I know God will put people in the right place at the right time. To those ladies I thank you for your simple act of kindness. Stay blessed and please know I appreciate you and I am so thankful for you being Gods hands on earth. -
My husband and I come to this Burger King often. We’ve seen many things, but nothing like today! I barely ever leave reviews because we know how hard working @ fast food & customer service is. 5/15 I’ve encountered some of the rudest employees! The manager was the best thing that occurred during my visit! My food was made by her & everything was perfect! However the staff who served me? Very rude. My husband was very disgusted by it! That manager needs to find a better outlet for herself because she doesn’t fit in this mess! I will not be spending my money here anymore, nor will any of my family come back here! I will be calling the health department& corporate. I have pictures and video that the company should be shutdown for! LET THE GAMES BEGIN! -
I am very satisfied with my visit to this establishment, especially with the crew, specifically with a kind and generous woman named Rosetta. She and the rest of the crew made sure that all orders were correct and not missing any items, despite there being many customers there. The crew worked very efficiently and not one of them were just sitting around, all of the crew was working hard. -
The manager Ernie is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to her staff. I saw while i ordering food very disgusting. There is a male that is drunk working on the burger board. The shift leader manager on nights that have braids or locs i’m not for sure couldn’t tell. She sits in her car half of her shift and smoke, drinking, and also flirt with an employee while the staff is in there struggling needing help. If they need a code or anything they have to go get her from her car. That is not good way to run a business. I will never spend my money or time there ever again worst experience. I waited for food for about 30 minutes that is crazy. Please go and look at them. I will be contacting corporate as well. -
Unprofessional service and misleading information
I have never experienced such a hostile and disrespectful environment at a Burger King until my recent visit. I was greeted with an immediate attitude by the staff, who went so far as to imply that burgers were unavailable, pushing only the chicken or fish options instead. It became clear that because their shift was ending, the team simply didn't want to fulfill standard orders. While the acting manager eventually stepped in to rectify the situation-and confirmed that burgers were, in fact, available-it doesn't excUse the initial confrontation. It is disappointing to be treated poorly by staff who are being paid to provide the very service am paying for."
