My husband and I come to this Burger King often. We’ve seen many things, but nothing like today! I barely ever leave reviews because we know how hard working @ fast food & customer service is. 5/15 I’ve encountered some of the rudest employees! The manager was the best thing that occurred during my visit! My food was made by her & everything was perfect! However the staff who served me? Very rude. My husband was very disgusted by it! That manager needs to find a better outlet for herself because she doesn’t fit in this mess! I will not be spending my money here anymore, nor will any of my family come back here! I will be calling the health department& corporate. I have pictures and video that the company should be shutdown for! LET THE GAMES BEGIN!

I would never come back to this facility again. I don't care if the world was on fire and I needed something to eat and this was the last place I would not even stop at this location. Aaron the girl with the blue hair the girl with the long blonde braids and the rest of the crew should be dismissed and a whole new crew should be brought in. For a person to have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to receive their food is utterly ridiculous. On top of that Aaron is the shift manager and she didn't even have the common decency to greet the customers that's coming into her facility spending money at her location giving her a reason to have a job in the first place. She moves slow she got these girls in here with this hair everywhere and nothing is covering their head. How dare they have 99% for cleaning rate we have women are walking around with hair all out. This is the slowest team I've ever seen at a restaurant facility in a fast food industry. They tore this down for a reason they should put something better up or leave this down or leave this spot empty because this location is a popular location and it cannot afford to have slow service. If you cannot have the right team do you need to have a different type of brand there.

Do NOT come to this place unless you want to waste your patience and your money. This is supposed to be FAST FOOD, yet the food took 40 minutes. The soda machine had no syrup for almost every drink, and of course we only realized once we got home. The fries were old, everything was cold, and on top of that I was treated rudely and talked back to several times by the workers. There weren’t even straws in the drink area. Absolutely not ONE good thing about this experience. Horrible service, horrible food, horrible attitude. Never again.

I am very satisfied with my visit to this establishment, especially with the crew, specifically with a kind and generous woman named Rosetta. She and the rest of the crew made sure that all orders were correct and not missing any items, despite there being many customers there. The crew worked very efficiently and not one of them were just sitting around, all of the crew was working hard.

Tina has a great attitude. I think her name is tina. She was working so fast and with a smile I barely caught her name tag. The manager at breakfast on 7/9. If she isnt a manager she should be.
