Went to their food truck. These people know how to make an over easy egg even in a food truck. Everything is amazing, and you really can't go wrong. The meat in the cheesesteak was a bit dry, but that was my only complaint. Every bowl I got was 10/10 -
This place was super good. The portions are huge and prices aren’t bad. Cool unique dishes like bulgogi and fries. Tons of different sauces too. Bulgogi beef is on point. Will def be coming back. -
This was my first time at this location. Ordering is done through kiosks. Seating is family style with larger tables inside. There is outdoor seating as well. As for the food, I build my own bowl and it was amazing! I had spicy pork as my protein and it was certainly spicy but also rather flavorful. The portion size was also big and semi challenging to get a good mouthful of all ingredient initially. I would definitely eat here again. -
Bulkogi @ The Boxyard is a great Korean BBQ spot in one of the most unique food hall settings in RTP. The Boxyard itself has a fun indoor/outdoor vibe with several restaurant options, and Bulkogi fits right in with flavorful, customizable Korean-fusion bowls.
I tried the build-your-own bowl, and I really liked how much flexibility you get with the choice of protein, rice, vegetables, and sauces. A fully loaded bowl is around $20, but it’s a generous portion and feels packed with ingredients, especially the protein. The sauces add a lot of flavor, and you can make the bowl as mild or bold as you like.
The ordering process is simple through the iPad kiosk, then you just pick up at the counter when it’s ready. There’s decent indoor seating, and the overall setup makes it a nice casual lunch or dinner stop. Online reviews also seem to highlight the same things I noticed: bold flavors, generous portions, and a lively Boxyard atmosphere, with occasional comments about wait times during busy periods.
Overall, Bulkogi is a solid choice if you’re craving Korean BBQ flavors in a casual, modern setting. I’d definitely come back to try more sauce and protein combinations. -
An amazing tofu rice bowl with everything that you could imagine. This bowl had stringed carrots, seed sprouts, lettuce, cucumber and an egg. Add on yum yum sauce and you have a delicious meal packed full of flavors. This was extremely filling and very satisfying.
