I came here for lunch today and ordered food to-go. The bagel was AMAZING and not stale like another Bruegger’s Bagel location I’ve been to. I also got an iced coffee that was perfectly sweetened which is rare! I’m so impressed with the quality and care that went into the preparation of the food, shoutout to the two kind women inside! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good breakfast or brunch :)

The bagel was decent, but there was A LOT of cream cheese. It also seemed a bit overpriced. My sister got a BEC bagel and thought it was so so. All the tables were dirty too.

Staff were very friendly, however today I ordered a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese, untoasted. The bagel I was given was completely brown to where you couldn’t even tell it was a blueberry bagel. It was obviously overcooked, but still being served to customers. The flavor was terrible due to it just tasting like overcooked bread with a slight hint of blueberry. It was also super chewy and hurt my teeth trying to just get a bite. I’m very disappointed as I haven’t had brueggers in years but decided to get it again today. I wish I would have looked over at the bagel display before placing my order but didn’t think they would actually be serving bagels they overcooked.

Wonderful service! Picked up two dozen bagels and coffee to go and the staff were really nice and even helped me carry the order out to my car since I was carrying a car seat. The bagels were great but the service was what really stood out to me. ◡̈

Had black hair with blonde highlights in my sandwich. I brought it back to the store and they remade it with no problem but unfortunately they didn't make it right. I didn't feel like going back so I just ate it. I know the FDA requires hair restraints when making food. When I walked in no one had hair restraints, which could of prevented this review.
