Used to be one of the best, but the customer service sucks, and I'm very surprised, especially given who the store manager is. If you know you don't have something, let people know at the box. not having someone waiting 10 minutes for something you know you have a special on, then the attitude sucks. Now the lady at the window is very professional, but y'all have to do better don't be inconsiderate of people that has to get to work

I do not eat meat so I went to get an egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast. When I got ready to take my sandwich out of the bag, it was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit!! Needless to say when I called and reported it, the person who answered sounded like they were irritated. Not acceptable at all.

I don’t know who needs to see this, but this Bojangles is THE BEST. The staff are always welcoming, excited to see us, working super hard, and providing wonderful food and a very clean and well-kept establishment. I truly feel like a family member coming in at any time and getting to see my friends who light up my day. Keep crushing it fam!!!

Grilled chicken sandwich is not on the menu. But they've got it. And it's very good.
If they would cut down on the grease added to the beans it would be helpful.
But, it's a good place. -
On this visit. I ordered 3 pieces White chicken dinner. When I got to my destination and open my box. The chicken had failed out of the bottom of the box into the plastic bag I asked to have my chicken placed in and there were no napkins in the box or bag. The chicken was cold too.
