The food is great but these guys are insanely inconsistent with their sauces, I have to practically beg for one extra sauce when I go. Plus I think it’s honestly criminal that I have to pay $3 extra to have enough sauce for each of the biscuits I ordered. -
This location has immensely improved over the last year. The staff is attentive, friendly, and quick. The only issue is the food. There wasn't any seasoning on the fries and the tenders were dry and tasted old. To be honest it isn't just this location- I've had the same issue at 2 other locations I've visited over the last few months. -
The workers were really nice, and the manager was very understanding when I called to let them know my order was missing a piece of chicken. I had ordered three but only received two. They handled it kindly and professionally—great customer service! -
So mad I ordered a 12 piece family meal with 3 large sides and biscuits along with an extra side of macaroni and cheese I get home only have 9 pieces. I tried to call the store but the mailbox is full and the number doesn’t even ring. Spent almost 50 dollars on chicken only for it be wrong I also said I didn’t want the spicy chicken and got that. Then to add insult to injury there was a bug in macaroni and cheese. -
The worst experience and horrible employees. I go to this bojangles all the time, and I’ve never had an issue ever at this location.
Tonight when I pulled up to order, the lady had placed the wrong drink order on the menu and I corrected her just to be sure, and just responded yup pull-up.
As I pulled up I gave her my card, she swiped it and I had looked down to grab my wallet, about a 5 second interaction and she goes “MAAM” super loudly and shoves my card in my face.
I told her I just needed a minute to put my stuff away, wasn’t sure what her problem was but at this point… I’m highly irritated. As I am waiting they are all standing in front of the window giggling and peeking over at me, and then the girl who took my order looked at me with this face of “CAN I HELP YOU” staring at me from the window. to which I asked her that.. and she goes “she’s making your sand-which” with a bunch of attitude and then they all collectively blocked the window and that made me feel uneasy considering they’re handling my food, and these people didn’t come off nice to begin with, it seemed to be the entire staff, they’re all giggling and peeking out at me and then she hands me my food and slams the window shut.
I took time to look through my order and make sure everything was right so I didn’t have to go back and deal with them, as I’m putting all my stuff in order she opens the window and she goes “do you need something!?” And I asked her what the heck her problem was and I’m just putting my stuff away and checking my food and she responded with “well you’re holding up my line” (there was one car behind me) and that was the final straw. The shift leader said something along the same lines as her and they all seemed to come to the window with the escalation. Like entertainment for them; sounds like they need more work to do. If you have time to lean you have time to clean!
Antagonizing customers is fun for them I guess? Needless to say, threw the food away and will be disputing the charge as I believe they messed with my food. My chicken was cold and undercooked and the mashed potatoes were water, like soup.
Needles to say I’ll be putting in a complaint to the health department for investigation in this matter…
