Over all, it was a pleasant experience. The service was fast, the food was hot and tastes good. The dirty rice is the main attraction. The chicken was awesome also!

Chicken is gas. Employees were fast and efficient but also friendly. Would recommend for fast food fried chicken.

This place is very close to Expressway. The place was clean . Service was swift and people were friendly. Food was very bland. The chicken in Cajun chicken biscuit was thin and dry. I got 4 piece supreme dinner that was okay, fries were very average. Chicken thighs was kind of slimy and chewy. It was okay not so great.

I do not leave in Durham NC anymore thank God I have moved away but I say if a lot of a certain races is together it never works and they wonder why we are not respected. Some people cannot help they have no matters and don’t know how to talk to people, one girl hair all out looked like a wig so i probably had a side of hair with my chicken. Make them wear hair covers. I was with someone I won’t be going back.

Some of the employees here need to check their attitudes before they work. The reason why is because one of the cashiers had an attitude over my Dad not wanting a drink with his order and he noted that she had an attitude about it and she denied that she did.
I'm sorry but what a customer doesn't want with their order is not the place for the employee to argue about, just understand it and move on, don't create unnecessary drama.
And also, no one forced anyone to work there, if you're going to have an attitude and have a smart mouth when you work, then you shouldn't be working there anymore.

Stopped in today because this bojangles have a score of 4 out of 5. Great( wrong) as soon as we walked in we were not greeted, this young lady had a bad attitude and it’s clear she hates her job( please go find you another job). My husband made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing. OMG this child almost had a fit because she had to actually do her job and change the order. Then she just threw the food in the boxes , mashed potatoes were dripping down the side of the cup, biscuit was ok and my chicken tenders were hot(thank goodness). Overall I would not stop here again until they can find somebody that actually like their job and not just there for a check.

The food was great. We asked for a couple packs of hot sauce and somebody gave us a fist full of hot
sauce. Thank you for that, I used to work there for 18 years, the whole entire staff was outside smoking in their car and on the wheelchair accessible ramp they had two people inside eating front cashier on her cell phone definitely I will not be coming back
