This B&N is very neat and organized. It's easy to find someone to help and it seems there are people actively seeking out anyone who needs assistance. The people working the registers are quick and thorough and very kind. I generally go in for books but last time I was looking for hand lettering books and the woman I spoke to thought for .2 seconds and led me right to the section. She pulled out a couple that were exactly what I was looking for and I found a couple more after that. I love that when I get a book and go back for the rest of the series...they have them. So often places carry the first book then you have to order the next in the series. Also the café has DELICIOUS coffee. I'm not a coffee lover so when I get it I like it just so....and they do it exactly the way I like it. I tried the...sugar cooke? Latte? Last time...I thought it was going to be too sweet (and I like sweet) but it was perfection. -
This is my GO TO Barnes and Noble in the whole triangle! The cafe staff make the yummiest drinks and are so nice. All of the staff are super friendly and really love the books they sell. The book recommendations around the store are super personal and interesting. I teach and I love to grade in the cafe, the seats and nooks and lighting around the store are extremely comforting. Love this place! -
The staff is always lovely and helpful. They always have amazing deals and last chance discounts on fun gifts for friends and kids. Always cool things you can't find elsewhere. They have a Starbucks cafe with little tables and modest, run-of-the-mill diner chairs, but I couldn't find an outlet anywhere. I searched the whole store. I remember Barnes and Noble used to have comfy seating, book nooks, etc. In the children's area, there are only a few places to sit, but calling them chairs or places to sit is far from it. It's set up to be a place you can't stay for long, like a cafe or library, but a shop really, which I know was the main purpose of the interior design team…and then a long backless wooden bench in front of the magazines. -
Large, clean, well stocked store with lots of helpful employees. -
