A comforting spot to get comforting food. Their sesame chicken is really good. Crispy on the outside and super tender inside. They also gave me a bowl of soup for free after initially telling me there was no more soup for the day, which made me very happy. The ladies there are the nicest :) -
Hole in the wall vietnamese diner with delicious, cost friendly plates ($10-15 a person). Everything we ordered was really good.

Bahn’s is incredible. Such authentic, fresh, and flavorful food. The women here are so nice and know exactly how to treat their guests. My meal is always delicious and consistency is neverrrr an issue. I could literally eat it everyday!

This is one of the best values in Durham. Simple and incredibly tasty for a very reasonable price. The Saturday specials are always worth a try—the veggie banh mi was excellent.

In love. This spot is a hole-in-the-wall, mum and pop place. I’ve satiated multiple cravings for sesame and ginger chicken here. Not to mention the vegetarian glutinous rice and spring roll option.
I still think of this place even when I’m back in Singapore. This place never claims to be Vietnamese, Vietnamese food but it has fed generations of needy people living close by with its nutritious offerings without a fuss. Cannot recommend enough!
