Good spot for Vietnamese eats,
Menu changes often
The soup today we got was full of good minced meat and flavor
They have plenty side dishes for a few dollars
Place seems to be there for a while.
I liked the sticky rice with peanuts
Nothing fancy but good food !
Parking is tricky for dt Durham, but you can find street parking

What, you haven't been to Banh's yet? It's been a neighborhood institution for over 25 years and we eat there on average about once a week. The food is fresh, cooked to order, and delicious. Such is the loyalty to this place that someone created t-shirts for them that are valued collector's items!

The ginger chicken was so fresh and delicious 10/10. The hot and sour soup was so good I ordered two more to go!

I will definitely visit again! I think I just didn't order the right thing. I got the chicken curry which didn't really have any flavor. Everything else looked good on the menu and I'm sure next time I go, my review will change to a 5 star

This place isn’t cash only anymore! They take cards. That kept me from trying it for a long time because I never carry cash.
Also it’s phenomenal, the folks running it are really sweet and the specials on Wednesday and Saturday are probably the best bargain in the state of NC. Delicious food on the cheap!

A local and affordable favorite of ours, we especially love going on Wednesdays and Saturdays for the Vietnamese food as it is very home-style and tastes of home. Family-run by the sweetest and nicest group of women. Highly recommend others to go and continue supporting this long time staple of the area!

I used to visit this place at least once a week. It was family owned at the time, hopefully it still is. The recipes were also obviously unique to the family. Ive eaten most things off the menu and none disappointed. I cant remember my favorite dishes but theres something magical about how they treat their vegetables, especially the bell peppers. They have a sweet almost like watermelon flavor. I live in IN now and havent eaten food like this since. Greatly miss Banh's!

We've been going to Banh's Cuisine for a while now, and everytime we go, the food is always great! The prices are very affordable and the food is authentic. I recommend the Chicken and Brocolli with Sate Sauce! My girlfriend usually gets the Vegetarian Plate which is a special available on Wednesdays or Saturdays.

Great food, friendly service, very affordable in a modest hole-in-the-wall place on disposable plates. The Ginger Chicken was a great recommendation heavy on the broccoli and light on the chicken but balanced, generous and delicious with a great sauce. The Imperial Roll was an interesting appetizer with a delicious lemony sauce. Not a typical menu but I truly enjoyed the food and hope to return when back in Durham. No effort was made on the atmosphere with the most simple tables, chairs and flooring, no decorations etc. None of those are not things are game changers for me personally, I was there for the food. They do accept credit cards but the machine is not set up for tips so take some cash, they’ll appreciate it.

Excellent! The sesame chicken comes with fried rice for no extra cost. It's delicious. Even the broccoli is good. Amazingly, this place is also cheaper than any other Chinese/etc. restaurant I've been to in Durham

This is the best deal in town! I just wish it was open on Sundays. Fast and friendly service with fair pricing and the ginger chicken is to die for, fresh veggies, ginger, delicious rice and not too sweet of sauce like a lot of Chinese places can be. The Vietnamese food on certain days is fabulous too. This is such a gem of a spot!
