We ran into a little snag with a difference in the price we were quoted and the price we were given at the check in desk. Fortunately we were greatly helped by Natalia, who was an absolute delight! It took a bit to work out, but she never lost her very friendly smile and smoothed over every hiccup until we worked it all out. She is wonderful! Customer service reps like her add tremendous value to your company brand. Thank you, Natalia!

I had a great experience with Budget Rental from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Denisha was absolutely amazing — she managed everything so well and made sure I was taken care of with no hassle at all. She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.

Mrs. Rhonda and Mrs. Miram were also wonderful and very professional. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. It’s rare to come across a team that works together so efficiently while still making customers feel valued and respected. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help made the experience even better.

As a Fastbreak Elite member, I travel often and have dealt with many rental companies over the years, and this location truly stood out. The vehicle was clean, the pickup and return process was quick, and the customer service exceeded my expectations.

Labor Day weekend and they only have 2 people and zero self-service kiosks for 26 people & growing. Just pathetic planning. So much for "quick pickup"

Excellent experience from start to finish! This was by far one of the best car rental experiences I’ve had. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making both pickup and drop-off quick and stress-free.

The vehicle was spotless, practically brand new, and drove perfectly throughout our trip. We absolutely loved our Chevrolet SUV - it was comfortable, spacious, and made exploring North Carolina a pleasure.

If you’re renting a car at Raleigh-Durham Airport, I highly recommend Budget. Great customer service, excellent vehicles, and an overall outstanding experience. Thank you for helping make our trip even more enjoyable!
