As far as fast food goes, Arby's is great. Soft buns, tender beef, variety of sauces. I did inspect the inside for blue plastic (recent review). None was found.
I wanted to compare Arby's between Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, I couldn't compare directly because this location was out of their cheddar sauce! That's the only reason I dropped the rating.
The service was very good. Responsive and suggested a 2 for 1 deal to me that only added $1 and change. -
This is one of the most solid Arby's locations I've been to in a while! I was sad when a lot of the Arby's I had been to recently were lackluster in food, cleanliness, and service but this Arby's gives me hope!
The food was hot and tasted great and the service was pleasant. Potato cakes were back and that made me so happy! The cashier also shared my enthusiasm and we had a nice chat about it. When the cakes call, I'll be back. -
Hey Arby's. I thought you "had the meats" so where is it? Whats up with this sorry excuse of a chicken sandwich? A McCrispy is thicker than this!

The food here has gone downhill. I ordered French fries and the beef and cheddar…the French fries were so overcooked they were like sticks, completely inedible. The sandwich was lacking meat and only one side of the sandwich had meat, the other side was empty. Never going here again.

Customer service here was very kind and polite. I can't recall when I've met friendlier employees.
The pecan chicken salad market sandwich was very good and it's ashamed that it is a limited time exclusive. The chicken is chopped nicely into bite size pieces and was not hard, chewy or overcooked. The pecans and apples were fresh and provided a wonderful crunch, akin to Wendy's apple pecan salad. While the sandwich can be a bit messy to eat I think it's a great refreshing meal for summer time.
I don't often eat at fast food restaurants because the quality of the food has gotten bad across the board recently, but this restaurant is switching up it's menu to add new and tasty food to keep things fresh. I'll definitely be back again to try their new cheese steak.
