I had an amazing experience at this Arby’s thanks to Ms. Kim! She was super nice from the moment she took my order at the drive-thru until I pulled away. She went out of her way to make sure I had all the sauces I needed without me even having to ask twice. It’s rare to find such a friendly, welcoming attitude these days. I will definitely be coming back because of her!

This Arby’s Deluxe Burger blessed me proper. I was eating and just smiling like life was finally making sense. Very nostalgic, like back when fast food was not playing games. The burger was juicy, the fries tasted almost like manna from heaven, and that horseradish sauce plus Arby’s sauce combo were the cherry on the cake. I mixed everything together without shame. I even dipped the burger inside because life is short. It honestly felt like I was eating from the Tree of Life. I left elated, grateful, and good inside and outside. With food like this, Arby’s can bring peace to the Middle East. Five stars, no doubt. Argue with your ancestors.

The steak nuggets are roast beef and are they hot as in warm and drinks and service was nice..DrD

Staff was great aside from one staff in particular. Food was great and timely…especially the lunch period. I do quality assurance and there was a major problem that stuck out to me. All staff were courteous and engaging. However, the cashier, Nashiyah, was rude and appeared to not want to work there. She had a very negative demeanor with customers and staff (a fellow staff that helped her locate something on the screen to expedite the order may have not been aware of the sneer she received once her back was turned). Hopefully they don’t have to deal with this so often as they are supposed to be a team. The only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because of this individual. She appeared to be young and inexperienced, but if any member of in house and/or corporate leadership happens to read this PLEASE coach her. Don’t let her be the reason customers don’t come back. Get to her and work more with her if she wants to stay there at all. Thank you to the remainder of the staff that represented the company EXTREMELY WELL!!!

Cleanest Arby's I've ever been to. Shaq was fast and courteous, sure to drop fresh product. Should get a promotion. He was running like crazy , trying to get service times when I asked . Did not forget any of my specific requests 10/10
