Update: I want to recognize Tae in drive thru today!! He was dealing with a busted headset, but that did not prevent him from giving me exemplary customer service!!! He was very professional and kind!! PLEASE RECOGNIZE HIM ARBY'S!!! I'll keep coming back for service like this 🥰

I thought I would try the cheesesteak, but this has to be the worst representation of a cheesesteak ever!!!

Well it's an update and the employees are still very nice and still getting my orders correct. I'm pretty happy especially with a beef and cheddar, The only thing that did make it a little better is if they brought the Potato cakes back, That was truly a gut punch when you removed those from the menu. -
I love Arby's! Usually the food is top notch, but at this location the food wasn't the issue. Very unorganized when helping customers, food was subpar. I feel like everyone was " doing their job ", not happy to answer questions, not happy to be there. They were collecting a paycheck. I like to feel welcomed and respected. I don't like being treated as though I am bothering someone, by ordering a meal.
