These cheesecakes are absolutely PHENOMENAL! I had to call the establishment and personally tell her that I’m EXTREMELY impressed! I am speechless at how great they are. The taste, the presentation, everything is amazing! 10000000000/10 🔥🔥🔥

The people were extremely friendly, service was fast. I got the strawberry crunch and turtle cheesecakes for my son's dad for his birthday. We all agreed they are amazing! They also offer Vegan options. The vegan cheesecakes are also offered at all Weaver Street locations and the Durham Co-op. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

I’m always on the hunt for a good cheesecake, and AJ’s Cheesecakes is honestly one of the best I’ve tried in the RDU area. Everything tasted fresh and really well made.
The owner was also super kind and offered us a few cake slices to try along with some cookies, which was a really nice surprise and made the visit even better.
Overall, everything we had was great. Definitely a solid spot for dessert, especially if you’re craving something late at night. I’ll be coming back for sure. -
WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR ?! My wife and I drove 40 mins to an hour away just for this and it was worth the drive. The staff so welcoming and sweet! We tried the tiramisu cheesecake and it did not stand a chance ! The best cheesecake thus far and I appreciate the owner and everyone there ! I will be back

Stopped by AJ’s Cheesecake today after seeing it on TikTok… and listen—they did NOT disappoint.
I tried the caramel pecan cheesecake and whew… that first bite?! Instant obsession. Rich, creamy, perfectly sweet—everything you want in a cheesecake.
My only regret? Not asking for extra caramel 😂 (learn from me!)
If you’re ever in Durham and craving something sweet, do yourself a favor and pull up to AJ’s.
Trust me… you’ll thank me later.
