Gelato is an Italian-style ice cream that does not contain buttermilk and eggs – it’s more compact, but still airy and delicious—it’s impossible to look into a gelato display case and not start salivating. A Little Gelato is open Friday-Sunday and rotates their flavors consistently, so it’s good to check social media for updates. Excellent gelato, remarkable tiramisu and nice service. I sampled their lemon cake gelato (phenomenal), but ended up ordering a pistachio affogato -- the portion was incredibly generous. The cafe also offers a selection of artisan olive oils and other cute knicknacks that can make a great gift for any cook in your life.
The location is a little odd and I actually drove past it the first time. Still, there's ample parking in the area -
I found this hidden gem dessert spot and wow.. everything I tried was good. The cheesecake was rich without being too heavy, the pistachio gelato was so good and smooth, and the tiramisu might’ve been one of the best I’ve had in a while. A Little Gelato is definitely worth checking out.

More importantly though the owners are amazing.
Today I walked in maybe my 4th visit and I was distracted by the fact of it being a death anniversary of a close friend. I was overwhelmed mentally and didn’t know what I wanted. The owner kindly offered me samples of the things I asked about and never seemed to be annoyed when I didn’t buy all I tired.
Then I ordered something to take home to my little one and forgot it when I got my gelato. I was about to drive away when the owner came out and handed it to me saying I couldn’t forget it for my little one. I asked did I pay for it? His response. It’s just a cookie and handed it to me. In a world full of “owe us” it was so refreshing to be on the receiving end of kindness even in my distraction, difficulty decision making, and on a day that no one would know was a difficult day.
We need more businesses like this. We need more people in the world that operate human kindness and curiosity over assumption and judgment. The place is great and the people keep it great! -
This was the best gelato I have ever tried. The flavors were incredibly rich and you can really taste that they use real, high-quality ingredients. Everything tasted fresh and authentic.
The service was also incredible. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, and generously offered lots of samples so we could try different flavors before choosing.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience — amazing gelato and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be coming back! -
Arguably one of the best Gelatos I have tried. The pistachio gelato tasted amazing, and their basque cheesecake was an hit with family and friends. The people are very friendly and patient. As of this writing, it’s a small place in the back of a plaza so don’t give up looking for it. There is a table that holds about six people inside but no other seating, so plan accordingly. We ended up going everyday during our trip for the gelato!
