CCB Plaza
Overview
Stroll to CCB Plaza to pose with an icon of the city — Major The Bull, a 10-foot tall bronze sculpture and time capsule commemorating Durham's since the late 1800s. Then pop into The Parlour and order up a scoop of seasonally flavored ice cream or a cone of soft serve. Savor your sweets at an outdoor table overlooking the plaza, where you’ll likely enjoy the sounds of live music with your people-watching. From this vantage point, you can see three boutique hotels located on the block that each also offer amenities to guests and the public, like a 24/7 modern art museum at 21c Museum Hotel, a rooftop pool deck at Unscripted Durham, or rooftop bar and restaurant space overlooking the skyline at The Durham. The CCB in CCB Plaza stands for Central Carolina Bank, the bank that used to occupy the historic Hill Building that 21c Museum Hotel now houses. Central Carolina Bank today is Truist.

Enjoying our 5th Anniversary downtown Durham in the courtyard while we was also working. -
This place is wonderful it's a nice park setting it's got some grass some trees you could even plug-in if you have an instrument and you want to make some music there's also some storefronts and of course "smoothie revolutions" food truck has always been a pleasure with healthy smoothies vegan options and tasty meals in a cup and or a dessert type beverages, yum. From the strawberry sunshine to the mango Madness to the go Blue , when you're in Durham you have to go for Duke Blue devils. All the way to the peanut butter cup which makes that heavy candy idea, into a luscious vegan alternative, and what a wonderful tasty beverage it is!! The experience was wonderful...
there are also several hotels nearby if you need to stay the night .. .and the people are all real friendly. -
This is a cute little plaza in the middle of the downtown area in Durham. There are a few places to get a bite to eat and take outside to enjoy...only watch for the panhandlers.
