Kwanzaa Fest
Durham Armory
Join the African American Dance Ensemble on January 1, 2027, as they celebrate the principle of Imani, or Faith, during our 41st AADE Kwanzaa Fest. Doors will open to all at noon, with performances kicking off at 2:00 pm. This year's theme is Imani: Honoring Heritage, Embracing Culture, and Dancing with Unity. They are excited to return to the Historic Durham Armory and hope to see you there. Kwanzaa Fest is not only a vibrant marketplace for vendors but also a performing arts concert featuring dance, music, poetry, and much more.
