DCLT Office Building Dedication & West End Community Celebration

Join Durham Community Land Trustees (DCLT) to celebrate a major milestone—50 years of community impact and the dedication of their debt-free, mortgage-free headquarters in Durham’s West End!

Enjoy music, family-friendly activities, local vendors, giveaways, and
an opportunity to meet the DCLT team and connect with the community.

The celebration begins with the Office Building Dedication Ceremony from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM at 1208 W. Chapel Hill Street, followed by a West End Neighborhood Community Celebration from 12:00–3:00 PM on Kent Street.

This milestone is more than the dedication of a building—it represents 50 years of creating housing opportunities, strengthening neighborhoods, and stewarding community assets for generations to come.
