We are new tenants at Wye Junction, and we have really enjoyed the property so far. The building is clean, bright, functional, and well-maintained.

We especially appreciate how helpful the team has been as we settle into our new apartment. Jerry, Whitney, Alex, and Bruce have all been wonderful to work with. At move-in, we had a few minor issues in our unit, and Bruce was very responsive and helpful in addressing them. Whitney and Alex have also been readily available whenever we have questions (i.e., packages or key access). Jerry has been prompt in responding to our inquiries and always follows up to make sure everything has been resolved.

Overall, the team has made us feel confident about our living experience at Wye Junction. The location is also a huge plus: being within walking distance of downtown and the farmers market has been wonderful for us.

Each night I come home from work to Wye Junction, I feel like I am on vacation. I’ve waited for three-months to share my opinion, and I can say I am a fan. Every day has been extraordinary, even if it wasn’t perfect. The amenities are superb, the staff is kind and caring, and the location- just blocks to everything Durham- simply can’t be beat. The generous yet intimate nooks and crannies of the public areas complete the experience. Tonight’s view from the Skye Lounge says it all.

Swanky decor with intention. Well lit shared spaces that are not aggressively lit. Decent priced when everything is factored in, good deal. Clean spaces which are rare in Durham. Shanee gave us a well informed tour, addressed our concerns. Maintenance greeted us, Bruce was well dressed and very knowledgeable about our questions. The other residents are friendly, but reserved as not to be overly intrusive.

There were bumps along the way but that makes for an interesting journey IMO. The staff is SO professional and attentive! Really LOVE the weekly fresh flowers, gym **,
sky lounge and pool area. My unit is very comfortable, quiet and has a spectacular view. This area of town is convenient for my flow of living. While there are many units (550+) here we have a community feeling with familiar faces all around. Happy to call Wye Junction my home.

Five Stars — A Fantastic Place to Call Home!

My partner and I moved into Wye Junction in August, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision!

From the very beginning, the entire experience has been exceptional. Whitney and the rest of the team made our move incredibly smooth, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail really set Wye Junction apart.

The building itself is fantastic. The amenities are thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained, from the sky lounge to the gym and pool area. Everything is clean, modern, and stylish, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into making this a great place to live.

One of the things we appreciate most is the combination of comfort and location. The building feels secure and peaceful, yet we’re right in the middle of a vibrant, energetic neighborhood. There’s a genuine sense of activity and community here that makes living at Wye Junction especially enjoyable.

After a few months, we can honestly say that Wye Junction has exceeded our expectations. Between the wonderful staff, beautiful surroundings, excellent amenities, and fantastic location, it really does feel like home.

We couldn’t recommend it more highly!
