We toured Wye Junction with Whitney and she was absolutely wonderful! After touring four other apartments complexes in the same day Wye Junction was a no brainer. The quality for the price is great! We submitted an application within hours of touring. Thank you Whitney for helping us find an apartment that works best for our needs! We're so excited about the prospect of living here! Great location, quality amenities, and amazing staff!

Where do I even begin? If I could give Wye Junction 100 out of 5 stars, I would.

I was in the middle of relocating to Durham when my housing plans unexpectedly fell through due to unsafe living conditions at a rental I had secured through a private landlord. Suddenly, I found myself with hotel reservations, a U-Haul full of belongings, and no idea of where I was going to live.

On a Sunday, when most leasing offices were closed, I came across Wye Junction. They were one of the few communities with leasing staff available and immediate move-in options. From the moment I walked in, I was met with incredible hospitality. The community is beautiful, the amenities and finishes are stunning, the location is incredible and the move-in specials made an already stressful situation so much easier.

As someone who has always been skeptical of luxury apartment communities, I can honestly say this experience completely changed my perspective and I will never go back to private landlords.

The standout part of my experience was working with Shanee. She went above and beyond for me during an incredibly stressful time. She fit me in for a tour when no appointments were available, helped me find the right unit, worked over hours, answered every question promptly and professionally, and made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. I have never had such a positive experience with a leasing professional or property management team. She helped turned a miserably stressful situation into the absolute best possible outcome.

I was able to move into my dream apartment in 24 hrs, meeting all of my expectations and then some. I would highly recommend Wye Junction to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment, excellent service, and a welcoming community.

As an incoming graduate student at Duke University, I couldn't be more excited about my new home and more grateful for the team that helped make it happen. 🥰

I honestly enjoy where I live. It’s very conveniently located and my apartment itself has become my sanctuary. I’ve had a couple different maintenance requests that were completed in such a timely manner. I anticipated a couple of hiccups because it was a new building providing temporary solutions, but even then I was happy with my stay. Between Jessica, Jerry, & Bryce, I’ve been very appreciative of the help they’ve been quick to provide. All of my guests are also always happy as well (which is important, haha)! Thanks again!

We are new tenants at Wye Junction, and we have really enjoyed the property so far. The building is clean, bright, functional, and well-maintained.

We especially appreciate how helpful the team has been as we settle into our new apartment. Jerry, Whitney, Alex, and Bruce have all been wonderful to work with. At move-in, we had a few minor issues in our unit, and Bruce was very responsive and helpful in addressing them. Whitney and Alex have also been readily available whenever we have questions (i.e., packages or key access). Jerry has been prompt in responding to our inquiries and always follows up to make sure everything has been resolved.

Overall, the team has made us feel confident about our living experience at Wye Junction. The location is also a huge plus: being within walking distance of downtown and the farmers market has been wonderful for us.

A huge thank you to Shanée at Wye Junction for taking the time to show us around the other day — you were absolutely wonderful! My husband & I loved every bit of it, especially that rooftop lounge (the vibe was stunning). You made the whole experience very welcoming. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that we’ll be able to call Wye Junction home very soon!
