LJ is amazing. She is very pleasant and friendly. The customer service was outstanding and she had me and my co.worker laughing until our order was ready. Food came out fast and fresh. Definitely recommend Wendy's if your on this side of town and need a quick lunch spot.

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Stood at the counter in a pretty empty restaurant for almost 10min with no one behind the counter. Nobody handling food was wearing gloves. Literally watched the fry guy's fat thumb go into every fry bag he filled. I was so disgusted by the lack of cleanliness and common sense kitchen practices that I walked out before ordering. I'm not expecting 5 star service, but could you at least do the bare minimum?? Literally eating cold bologna in your car while listening to NPR would be a better experience than trying to eat here.

This review is only pertaining to Wendy's at 1808 S Miami Blvd, Durham, NC 27703: I ordered and paid online at 10:59 PM on March 13, 2026. When I arrived 18 min later at 11:17 PM to pick up my order, I was told to wait at one of the spots in their parking lot. I timed the wait and it was 6 minutes before someone brought my order out to my car. So, it is not that long a wait. The food was exactly what I expected.

Coffee was available to order online from this store, so we placed an order. When we arrived, the staff told us they don’t sell coffee and asked if we wanted soda or water instead. We requested a refund, but they were reluctant to provide one. Eventually, one employee said the refund would be processed, but after checking my account, I still don’t see it.
This Brier Creek location is consistently disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s due to employees not wanting to do their jobs or poor management, but the service is always lacking. For example, we ordered three chili servings and weren’t given a single spoon.
These are just a few examples of the poor service and overall experience at this store. It really needs improvement. -
I found hair in my food in the worst way possible! The manager gave me a refund; but the damage was done. I won't be going back, and ask anyone who reads this review to seriously consider doing the same.
