Charlotte is phenomenal! I am always so pleased with my hair after leaving her chair. I get a partial highlight and cut, and the final look is consistently better than I could have hoped for. My first visit to Wavelengths today was awesome! Liby made sure I felt comfortable and pampered. I scheduled a color retouch & highlights. She patiently listened to what I wanted for color. My color was exactly what I envisioned. I appreciated the time Liby took to make my hair look amazing!
