I absolute love going to Virge! I was introduced by a friend and haven’t looked back. Jodi and her whole team are extremely welcoming and have made me feel comfortable and at home. I love the Sculpt classes, which are a tough mix of yoga, cardio and strength training - especially the Wednesday Broga class, which draws a few more of us guys in! The studio is very nice, they rent out high quality mats, the lighting makes for a great aesthetic, and hey I love the after class lavender towels 😊 The pricing is also very reasonable given the prime downtown location. Very highly recommended!

Virge has quickly become a second home to me. In addition the truly incredible and intentional teachers cultivating creative, challenging and healing yoga, what I love most about Virge is its spirit of inclusivity. It truly feels like a space for everyone. It’s a true community-centered place in the heart of downtown Durham.

Virge Yoga is a great addition to the Triangle area! I have been able to grow within my yoga practice with a group of women who challenge my limits. The whole team are uplifting individuals who want you to experience yoga in a positive light! They are very respectful and accommodating to different levels of ability by demonstrating variations of poses. I have always looked for a yoga class that provides both a combination of strength and flexibility. Each class I have taken at Virge has provided that and much more! I cannot recommend this studio enough!!

I had the most relaxing time with Michele at her gentle yoga this afternoon! I felt release from tension and soreness I didn't know I carried on the daily. You could tell she truly cares for each participant as she helped gently guide us through the class. Amazing ambiance too with the mood lighting and music! Definitely recommend!

Virge is hands down one of the best yoga studios I’ve ever attended. The instructors are top-notch, and the environment is incredibly warm and welcoming. Before committing, I visited a few other studios in the area, but the moment I walked into Virge, I knew this was going to be my new yoga home. I recently moved to the area, and joining this studio has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness and well-being. Highly recommend!
