The place is amazing, cool decorations that show you/teach you about how they make and about the frozen yogurt, and the employees are nice but kind of not paying attention sometimes. Like there was this one time where we stopped to get some yogurt and once we were done we had to wave at the employee just to get their attention, but I mean I would be doing the same thing so honestly give that girl a raise but none the less the yogurt is amazing, the toppings are good and in-season and hopefully will stop by again soon. 5 STARS! -
Great neighborhood spot where families gather and kids come after school. The frozen yogurt is delicious and they have a wide variety of toppings both healthy and also like gummy bears ☺️. My kids love the boba tea and it’s a great spot to hang out and enjoy ice cream together. -
Maybe I’m missing something, but they only had non-fat, no sugar added, or other “healthy” flavors. One or two is fine for the people in denial, but come on. It’s frozen yogurt. It’s not meant to be healthy. Why do they all have to be the sad, pale, imitations of real flavors? -
The yogurt and toppings were fine, the selection good but two cups of yogurt cost us $24.00!! My grandson is eight and our cups weren't full, so I think we'll stick to ice cream or yogurt shops that charge by the scoop rather than weight... -
Note: I have frequented this location for ten years off and on. This is definitively a massive decline in the quality of the yogurt over previous years.
Pricing has skyrocketed and the yogurt has gone far downhill in terms of quality. The frozen yogurt has the consistency of a slushy now and melts immediately, revealing the incredibly high water content in the mix. It does not taste like yogurt or custard—it tastes like flavored water. When they say “low fat” or “no fat”, it’s apparently because yogurt is no longer an ingredient.
I had the cookies and cream flavor (a flavor I am familiar enough with in general that I skipped tasting it—also because no tasting spoons were available that I saw, which should have been a good clue), in a 16oz cup (they never have the 12oz size despite always having the lids for them), and enough to cover the bottom of the cup without really going much higher. I added a scoop of cookie dough and two pieces of brownie. The total was $10.00—absolutely FAR higher than it should have cost. The brownie pieces and cookie dough bites were delicious as always, and the fact that they were tasty and that the toppings area was still robust is the only reason this is getting two stars.
The yogurt itself was horrible. I tried a bite and was confused why my cookie dough bite tasted weird, then tried a piece without the yogurt, and it tasted great. The yogurt tasted and felt like slushed up chocolate-flavored water. I gave someone else a spoonful and they were not able to figure out the flavor. When I told them what it was, they looked at me like I was crazy. They also firmly stated that this was not frozen yogurt, based on the high water content (and how quickly it was melting into a translucent brownish liquid—like water) and the flavor which lacked the distinctive tartness of yogurt and just generally tasted wrong.
Additionally, two or three out of service stations, and the majority of the flavors available were sorbets or fruit variants, which have already been super high water content for years. For actual “frozen yogurt” flavors, the selection was terrible (and really always has been, though previously, I’ve been able to request a specific flavor be installed the next day—I always want pistachio, but it seems to not be terribly popular in this area). Flavors always seem to be: chocolate, vanilla, cake batter, peanut butter, cookies and cream, and no fat cheesecake (and the assortment of fruit flavors).
In a nutshell: too pricey, truly horrible “yogurt”, but good toppings (provided you’re okay with your price starting at like $6+ for an empty cup).
