I stay at a lot of hotels and work with hoteliers. This property is nicely done, but I have two gripes - it has very limited menu in the bar and the worst toilet paper I have ever encountered - around a 00-grade sandpaper. The two gripes are not related 😉.

It's a decent hotel with a full bar and restaurant. Next door to a full gym which guests and use for free. It's nearest hot to my work office so I stay here often. Nice staff. Rooms are just ordinary. They have a pool too.

Overall a fine stay here. There are some issues though . Firstly the rooms are a bit dated. They've got the usual amenities like room safe, iron etc but the lighting is poor. Every modern hotel I've been to has the room key holder on the door to trigger the lights. Not here. Here you walk in the dark into the middle of the room and have to turn on lamps one at a time. The toilet gets jammed up easily too . The documents in the roo. Suggest the pool is only open till dusk, yet in reality it's open till 11pm. Club room breakfast is spartan. No breakfast on Saturdays at all and other days is scrambled eggs ,toast porridge and cereal/fruit only.

Had a great time here. The hotel is incredibly clean as expected from the Sheraton. The staff is very friendly and helpful. An airport shuttle is available and also looks impeccably clean. The lobby is spacious and inviting, the bell hop is ready to aid in transporting ones luggage. They have a business center and it was well maintained, partitioned well and the tech functioning properly. My mom attended a birthday party there and said all the guests had a great time so it looks like they entertain and host parties well also. I have children and they provided a crib and rollaway bed. I ordered pizza and the delivery guy found my room with ease. The elevators are fast and there are black out curtains for restorative sleeping. I left a bag in my hotel room after checking out and housekeeping kept it for me and even aided in having it returned to me. Mike as well as the front desk staff were always polite and responsive in helping me retrieve my lost item. Anyone traveling to the research triangle park area will certainly enjoy their stay here.

Totally disappointed with this hotel. Handicap accessible room request was not acceptable. Carpet and room outdated. The only way to turn on lights in the room is to walk to the middle of the room and turn on a table lamp. Very poor lighting. Bathroom sink was stopped up. No safety bars around the commode in a so called handicap accessible room. Not only was my early check in request denied the room was not ready at 3:00 pm check in time. I was totally embarrassed to have my 87 year old suffer the loss of comfort, dignity, and pride on this Mother’s Day/ Graduation weekend! This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt/renovated/overhauled. While the staff tried to be friendly and nice they were challenged by lack of knowledge about room details and a very old hotel. One star for simply having a building. Totally disappointed!!

Pretty nice hotel. The first floor room we had had a water leak in the bathroom ceiling that was obvious had been happening for a long times as the ceiling tracks had rusted. I would have expected a hotel of this stature to have allowed that to go so long. We had a conference there and the place is huge. Felt like a Mike walk from room to conference area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
