I am very disappointed in this location. I ordered food on the app last weekend, it took my money, I go over to get my food and the place is closed for renovations. ????? Does Subway REALLY not have a way to disable a location from the app? Subway has removed all customer service numbers from their website. I was picking up food for myself and someone else so I’m out nearly $30. No one has responded to me from their little digital customer service assistant online. No one answers the phone at the store location. Their app is not the best anyway, but this is HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Money is not growing on trees right now, so to take nearly 30 dollars from someone meant to feed people… it shouldn’t have happened at all, but whoever is in charge should at least respond to customers. -
I used to work at a subway, I know how to make a sandwich that has extra toppings. I only got double meat on my sandwich, and half of it was out of the bread. There was also no bacon on the All-American. It shouldn't be hard to make a halfway decent 6 inch, ESPECIALLY when there isn't anybody getting subway on Christmas. Do better. -
Friendly and efficient staff, and the location is adequately staffed for the lunch rush - I've never had to wait in much of a line here. As for the food, Subway is Subway. They're good subs. -
I’m not the one to leave reviews but this one is warranted… ordered a sub through the app and it was stuck on the screen after payment saying “One moment please we’re processing your order” I got there within 15mins and my food was ready. I asked the lady that handed me the phone while showing her said screen how come it stayed on this screen is there something wrong with the app?? It was obviously clear to me she didn’t understand so I just gave up after asking her 3 times. While I was walking out I heard her calling me crazy In Spanish to her co-worker. I guess they didn’t know I understood Spanish because I’m black!! What pissed me off even more is that I left a tip in the app!! Never going back here again I’d rather starve to death! -
I don't know where to begin. I do alot of online ordering. So i ordered from subway on Hillsborough rd. Durham. The sub was awful. None of the topping was accurate on my sub. Never order again from here unless I go in to order food.
