The hotel is nice. Rooms clean and updated. We had two to a room in a suite. So, only 1 bed. Other was futon and that is very hard! Also, only provide one small blanket for the futon (as well as sheets). Breakfast ok. Eggs, pancakes etc. My biggest problem with the place was the shuttle the hotel claims to provide anywhere within 3 miles. Appparently new rule, only will bring/pick up from airport now. It isn't the front desk ladies problem the website isn't updated. 😁. They did bring me to someplace mile away (this one time). But, next night no one to drive shuttle. So just be aware it might not be available. Last night I arranged for pickup at 8 a couple hours before. I returned rental car and got to airport 17 before 8 to make sure they were no t waiting on me. They arrived at 20 after 8. So, I sat at airport staring at buses for almost 45 minutes. Lesson learned, Uber at that time would have been less than $9. Uggg!!

Great location for my business needs. Breakfast was very well prepared. The staff must take pride in their offerings. Love the suites! Lots of room to wind down.

Room was clean and mostly spacious. The closet could've been configured/structured differently, as it was small, and hardly much space to maneuver with clothes hung up. The staff have been very nice and friendly. The breakfast is good (better than some other hotels in the area). Only thing is mis-advertisement that this hotel has a pool and on-site restaurant., and which it has neither one.

This was a really nice hotel. We stayed in a spacious suite that had everything we needed, including a fridge, which was perfect since my kids drink a lot of milk. The room was clean, with a comfortable sofa and cozy beds. The bathroom was large and well-maintained, and my daughter especially loved the big mirror just outside the bathroom. Overall, a very comfortable and family-friendly stay!

Courtney, the 11pm to 7am front desk representative, was as friendly at midnight as she was at 6 am.
In food service hospitality, Britney carried such joy and kindness.
That's why you should stay here. The rooms are a little dated, and the breakfast is very food service and sparse.
But the people totally 5 star service.

*****Only gave Service a four***....., but it has nothing to do really with the service. (service was fast and friendly ) It’s just that you don’t have any water when you walk into the hotel lobby that should be one of the first things that you see. We’re normally just getting off a plane we’re thirsty.
You have a filtered water fountain, but you can only use it during the brunch or breakfast time from 6 to 9 to fill up your container if you have one or cup or something, but what would be nice is to have a huge container of water filled with ice with fruit floating around in it lol with complementary cups so that you could help yourself. A few of your neighbor hotels are doing this and it makes all the difference in the world to me and others but this is my opinion. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. The location is great. Just do something about that. No water problem. Summer is coming.

Decently nice hotel room, elevator is dingy af but front desk woman was very passive aggressive when I asked about why my room wasn’t cleaned. Beware to anyone staying here, if you stay 2 nights, don’t expect them to clean your room for you despite the price you pay. Not stated anywhere on their website and neither are you told beforehand. Good location though, close to the airport indeed but wouldn’t stay again.

Overall this is a decent place although the shuttle service really sucked. We had a departure flight at 5:20am which means we had to leave at 4:00am.. To our surprise there wasn't anyone to drive the van. As a result we had to use a service recommended by the front desk. Here's the catch, it cost us 35,00$. To make matters worse there were about 9 others in the lobby with the same problem.Good thing we had extra money. We were livid standing outside at the time of the morning.. Staffing issues were not our problem but we had to spend unnecessary $$$ due to this hotel related issue. I feel we are due a reimbursement due to this stressful inconvenience!!!!!!

We stayed 4 nights to attend a convention next door at the Sheraton and I honestly cannot complain, rooms are spacious and clean, staff was smiling and friendly, breakfast was good, no one bothered us and we had a blast! Convention next year is at the same venue and I'll most likely be staying here again.

Only gave Service a three, but it has nothing to do really with the service. It’s just that you don’t have any water when you walk into the hotel lobby that should be one of the first things that you see. We’re normally just getting off a plane we’re thirsty. It’s usually warm. You’ve been rushing and all you have is a six dollar bottle of water. You have got to be kidding. We chose this location as it was close to RDU. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the gal refilling the breakfast was friendly. The night and morning gals at the front desk weren’t overly friendly, but they weren’t rude.

This is a great place to rest from your journey. Meets all the high standards of Marriott. Tucked off the beaten path just enough to be semi secluded but not enough to be inconvenient. Lots of great eats within 3 minutes. Everything was clean, contemporary and ready for guests. Because of all the convenient online apps Marriott utilizes, I had no interaction with staff. I simply went to my room, slept, had a nice breakfast and left. Reservation, room key and check out are all online, if you prefer.

The service was top notch, Dennis the Manager, Kim and Emanuel. The entire staff provided excellent customer service. It started with the shuttle from the airport the lady who picked me up was kind and patient. I will for sure stay there again when I am in the Durham area. If there was a scale to 10 I would give them a 10 for my stay.
