The staff at Sheraton Imperial Hotel are incredibly kind and helpful, which made my stay very comfortable. There’s a bar and café conveniently located near the reception area, perfect for relaxing or chatting with your group. The hotel also has a restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or you can order room service if you prefer to dine in your room. One of the best parts of the experience was their mobile app, which is really handy—you can even unlock your room door through it, plus order food and request room service easily. My room was clean and spacious, featuring two queen-size beds, a TV, a closet with a mini fridge, locker and a kettle for making coffee. However, if you need bottled water, you have to go to the reception since they don’t provide it directly in the room. The overall stay was good, but there was one thing I didn’t like: when I asked the reception if there would be an extra charge for ordering food to the room, they said no, but when I ordered through the app, I was charged a $4 delivery fee. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

The room was mediocre. The desk was supposed to have adjustable heights but it was broken, this was especially frustrating because I needed to do work on my laptop for long periods of time and it killed my shoulders. There are multiple broken things in the bathroom - the toilet paper dispenser was crooked, the soap shelf in the shower was also crooked. Then drains obviously aren't very clean because it stunk every time we turned on the faucet. I wish the fridge in the room was a little bit bigger. It was hardly big enough to keep some drinks in there. The best thing was the service, anytime we needed something we messaged in the app and it was delivered very promptly. The location is near the airport which is nice but otherwise there's really not much around to do.

I recently stayed at the hotel for a 4 day conference the rooms were comfortable and the food was good. What I really enjoyed was a lovey waitress I had in the dining room Leelah. What a joy! She made our meal a very pleasant experience but most of all was her kindness afterwards. Each day she greeted my friend and I and made us feel so welcomed. She is so sweet and kind. It is nice to have that special touch. We all tend to forget that a stranger makes you feel welcomed when you are away from home. Your hotel should be proud to have employees who reach out in kindness.
