The good: The crust was good. Order was available for pickup at time estimate given. Cheese was tasty.
The bad: Sauce tasted like cheap tomato sauce. Pepperoni was undercooked. Salad came w prepackaged Kens Italian dressing rather than something made in house. Pizza had portion that was cracked up crust w nothing on it. See picture. Need a little more qa on the product. -
We got the meat pizza. And then take a little while for the pizza and chicken tenders. It was Christmas Eve to so that may have played a factor. The pizza was actually pretty tasty. I was impressed. I really enjoyed the Buffalo tenders. They were nice and juicy with a good buffalo flavor and the ranch and bleu cheese added to it. If I'm ever back in this area or on this side of town I may stop by. And I also love that they have a super size or what you call an extra large pizza which is really huge. -
This is my new favorite neighborhood go-to restaurant. Everytime I go in the staff is friendly and I've tried multiple items on the menu, and every item has been better than expected. Good price points also. I took 1 star from food only for the fries - they could better and larger quantity for the price, but that seems to be the standard sadly for fries. These days it's rare to find a welcoming, warm and friendly staff where your business feels valued and you will get that here. -
I came into this pizza shop not knowing anything about it and I glad I took a chance on it.
I got the the Roma Philly Sub and a side order of garlic knots. The food was prepared fresh and I noticed the quality once I was able to get into it.
The Roma Philly Sub is very good. The bread is the main thing that keeps my attention because it was so airy, chewy, and crisp all at the same time. It was firm enough and not dense while the chopped beef, onions, bell pepper, and cheese tasted clean and flavorful. It wasn't too greasy and it wasn't salty like some subs I ordered at other places.
The garlic knots came with marinara sauce and they were sprinkled with garlic and parm. The dough used is amazing and it airy like the bread used for the sub. It didn't feel heavy and the marinana was not sweet and helped cut some of the oil from the knots.
I would definitely order ahead next time and see how their pizzas and canzone are after this left me with a good experience. -
This is our go-to pizza place, but for the 1st time last weekend we both ordered toasted subs, and they exceeded our expectations, that's for sure. There are lots of nice customization choices, but the bread also wowed me - really, really tasty.. I may change my go-to order! The fried mushrooms had a smidge too much breading on them for me that night, however.
