Old Bull Building
Overview
The Old Bull Building is an 1874 Italianate-style brick tobacco warehouse. The bull comes from William T. Blackwell’s brand of Genuine Bull Durham Smoking Tobacco. Declared a National Historic Landmark in 1977, this building is the oldest original building still standing in downtown and marks the northern edge of the American Tobacco Campus.
