From undergrad to a now near ending graduate experience, I’ve had such great experiences at the student bookstore on NCCU’s campus, with Brittany! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely eager to help. She goes above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, answering questions without rushing me and making the whole process completely stress-free, even over the phone! It’s refreshing to see customer service that actually feels personal—especially on a busy college campus. Brittany is knowledgeable about textbooks, campus gear, and policies, and she handles everything with consummate professionalism and such a wonderful attitude. You can tell she truly cares about students and alumni and wants to make things easier, not harder. Shoutout to “Bookstore Brittany” for setting the bar exceptionally high. Experiences like this make life so much better. If you’re an NCCU student or alumni shopping, ask for Brittany, she is hands-down the absolute best! With every ounce of Eagle pride I have (& that’s A LOT), I just wanted to say a sincere “Thank you, Girllllll!” Someone clock it & give her a raise! 🦅♥️🤏🏾
