These guys really saved me today. I had a shipment of tradeshow materials come in for a show I was working in the Raleigh area. My company’s marketing department didn’t provide a case for the return. Frantically I jumped online and found Neu Concepts and asked them if they had a case I could purchase off the shelf for my trade show materials. Ryan was very helpful, provided me pictures and dimensions for some used cases they had in their warehouse and one of them just happened to work perfectly for what I needed. That’s how you do business, great job guys!

Neu Concepts is our preferred vendor for anything and everything trade show related. Their customer service goes above and beyond. They are top notch when it comes to giving sound recommendations for what materials are available and what will make the process of set up, presentation and take down seamless.

In our most recent experience, we worked with Savannah Campbell and Ryan Mitcheltree on a 10x10 booth. They worked within our budget and ensured that all pieces could be assembled without tools. They also helped us find options for furniture and WiFi for the booth that were not related to Neu Concepts. Additionally, when a piece was lost in the mail, they worked around the clock to find the package and were planning to order a new one if it could not be found.

They truly are professionals and work as an extension of your team, guiding you every step of the way, even after delivery.

Neu Concepts has been my trade show experts for many years. Ryan is great to work with and and very pleased with their customer service. Rudy and the rest of the crew create amazing exhibits. I have worked with many other companies in the past, but that are hands down the best I have dealt with. I look forward to many more years of service with them!

In 2019, we wanted to do our first expo, and needed a complete booth.

We were introduced to Neu Concepts through one of our provider and dealt with Ryan M., the experience was EXCELLENT from start to finish.

Yes, we could have probably found a cheaper provider by looking on Internet and doing more research. HOWEVER, the service that they delivered was worth every penny.

We have been working with Neu Concepts for over a year now. The customer service has been absolutely superb. Ryan is always there when we have questions or concerns. We do around 70 trade shows per year, ranging from small to large, and Ryan found a solution that met all of our needs, including our budget. The quality has upheld and these displays are assembled quickly and with ease. We've even had other exhibitors compliment us on our displays and ask us where we purchased them.
