This was my first cut with Macail and it was an excellent experience. I brought in some pictures of the haircut that I wanted. We discussed the fact that my hair was a different texture than the person in the pictures, and she took the time to explain to me how it would be different but how we could achieve the look that I wanted. The cut looked fantastic! We discussed products, but I didn’t feel pressured to buy the products. She suggested that I use what I had at home first and that she would make note of the ones we used so that I could come back and get them if I wanted to. Just a fantastic experience, which I would expect from Moshi Moshi.

Macail understood exactly what I wanted and gave me a haircut better than my reference photo! I love my new hair. I will definitely be coming back and being my fiancée in too.

What a beautiful salon! Based in a cool brick wall factory setting, the stylist Catlin did a great job at cutting my hair! The other staff are friendly and helpful. There are complimentary drinks and free WiFi! Free parking and reasonable prices! Will be coming back next time I’m in Durham ☺️☺️☺️ thanks hunni xx

My first experience absolutely deserves 10 stars if I could!!
What can I say, I was simply blown away! I'm always so nervous getting a curly cut but my hair turned out incredible and I left with the biggest smile on my face! Mary was such a wonderful joy to be around, her positive energy and incredible skills really made me feel so comfortable in the chair. She's the absolute BEST!!!
