Sausage making class with Anna was next level. Great experience and the snacks provided.. including her own prosciutto and pepperoni were a delight. Taking home your own sweet Italian sausage topped the experience. 💯

We have been buying Moonbelly Meat sausages since Anna opened her company. Our favorite is the Korean Barbeque, but it's worth trying all of them. We recently picked up a handful of other items at her stand at the Durham Farmer's Market last week - sous vide pork belly, bacon, and a jerky dog stick for our German Shepherd. Anna is a master sausage maker and I highly recommend you check out her stand. I really hope this interesting local business continues to thrive.

Oowee! These pork rinds are everything! I have no words to adequately describe the crunch satisfaction and perfect amount of seasoning - not too seasoned that you're left with "cheeto-fingers" but just enough so you can taste the delicious pork flavor. These are worth EVERY PENNY. I can't wait to work my way through the rest of the items at Moonbelly!
