I had a fantastic experience at this cozy café! The service was outstanding—staff were attentive and friendly, making the visit all the more enjoyable. It’s a great spot to grab coffee and breakfast while catching up on work or chatting with friends.
The atmosphere is perfect: good music playing at just the right volume so you can enjoy your conversations without feeling overwhelmed.
The highlight for me was the breakfast sandwich (or “Sammy”)—so delicious that I ended up ordering another one to take home for my son!
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, a relaxed vibe, and a workspace-friendly environment. I’ll definitely be back!

The coffee shop is in a fun little local market with a few locally owned shops! Great fun Durham vibes.
Coffee is Joe Van Go, but they do it well. The barista is good!
Very clean, very friendly!

The barista was so kind and the cereal milk latte was so unique and delicious! Also tried the vegan coffee cake which was delicious as well!

Casey was behind the bar and very helpful in choosing coffee beans for me to take home, offering a sample of one of the options on drip. The coffee is top tier and the pumpkin spice latte is the best around!

I've worked in and visited many coffee shops throughout the years. It is rare to find a business that balances quality service and quality coffee, but Mid Bloom Coffee accomplishes exactly that. The folks at this shop care seem to care deeply about both the customer and the craft. Located inside Common Market, this shop has access to good vibes and great food, providing the opportunity to create different atmospheres based on your needs. If you need a place to work alone or gather with friends, this coffee shop can be just that!

Wonderful drinks and helpful staff! I am not a big coffee drinker but all hail the caffeine. Kera will suggest drinks and homemade syrups that are delicious.
I love that there is also a discount for using my camelbak instead of getting a plastic cup!
11/10 will be back!

This coffee shop is a standout! I really value shops that care a lot about the their product and this one really does. I love that their syrups are homemade and I exclusively use their beans in my espresso machine at home. Casey, the owner, is both kind and genuine, clearly dedicated to her craft and making each customer feel heard. Common Market is a cool atmosphere and I’ve really enjoyed everything I’ve ordered! It’s a must-visit for anyone who values great coffee and a personal touch. Highly recommend!
