I had an outstanding experience with MedStay in Durham, NC! From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely excellent. Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the right accommodations near the hospital, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

What really impressed me was how promptly they returned my call and answered every question I had with patience and clarity. It’s rare these days to find a company that’s so responsive and so committed to helping people, especially during a stressful time.

MedStay truly stands out for their professionalism and compassion. They made me feel like a priority, not just another reservation. This is the only company I would ever use for lodging near the medical centers in Durham. Highly recommended—five stars all the way!

Medical Surgical appointment and needed a stay at a reasonable rate in the Raleigh Durham area ,this company more than helps you but comforts you like family . My husband is a kidney transplant patient , it's only the beginning of our transplant journey, Medstay will always be our point of contact for good rates . Consider them before those other sites 🙏

These folks are just phenomenal! They were recommended to me by the hotel. They saved me a fortune, handled the reservation process for me and communicated clearly. Booked a hotel and never heard back if the reservation was approved. Tried calling multiple times and no one called me back. I assumed there were no reservations made. Then a month later, I see a no-show fee at the hotel I tried to book. Medstay booked it and never told me. I tried calling the hotel and asked for the hotel manager and she she would take care of it. I also called Sam at Medstay (ironically, he answered that time). I told him my husband had lost his job and I couldn’t afford the no-show fee for a hotel room that I didn’t even know was booked. He said he’d reach out to the hotel manager and get it taken care of. A month went by, and the charge was still on my card. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Do yourselves a favor- just book through the hotel and save yourself a headache from a disorganized and unprofessional company.
