I have been using MedStay for a little over a year now! They have been the absolute best when it comes to booking through their online website as well as over the phone! They are extremely friendly and great communicators. I recommend using MedStay for any of your hotel stay needs in the Durham/Raleigh area/Chapel Hill area and having to travel there often for medical or professional reasons.

I have been working with Sammy and Medstay for several years now. I always get the best service, and they are always so helpful. If you haven’t used Medstay before, I highly recommend them. Not only are they personable (I feel like they are family friends every time I call), but they are able to secure GREAT rates at whichever hotel we choose. My favs are the Hilton by Duke and Sprinhill Suites on McFarland because they have the indoor pool! Medstay always gets it right!

Heard back from MedStay in less than 24 hours. Appreciate the discount for our hotel. Will make the morning of my major surgery less stressful knowing that we are close to Duke rather than a few hours away. It will also provide a place for my family the day of my surgery, giving them a place to rest and unwind .One less thing to worry about. So appreciate their help during this difficult time. Highly recommend.

I don't leave many reviews on Google, but I had to make an acception in the case of MedStay. MedStay and Sammy Henry are exceptional in what they offer those of us who must make long trips to stay overnight or longer for medical reasons in the Raleight/Durham/Chapel Hill area.

I first heard about MedStay thanks to a very thoughtful "scheduler" at Duke Health and for this I will always be thankful. After using MedStay once, I've recommended them time and again to friends and aquaintences. Can't say enough good things about them. They offer discounted stays and real help and thoughtfulness in making reservations. Mr. Henry's kindness and thoroughness help take some of the stress off traveling for medical reasons - and that is greatly appreciated!
