The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and quiet. MedStay reservations do not pay for parking. It is very convenient to the hospital and there are plenty of restaurants in close proximity. We have stayed there multiple times. It is easy to make a reservation on MedStay!

I have been using MedStay for a little over a year now! They have been the absolute best when it comes to booking through their online website as well as over the phone! They are extremely friendly and great communicators. I recommend using MedStay for any of your hotel stay needs in the Durham/Raleigh area/Chapel Hill area and having to travel there often for medical or professional reasons.

I have been working with Sammy and Medstay for several years now. I always get the best service, and they are always so helpful. If you haven’t used Medstay before, I highly recommend them. Not only are they personable (I feel like they are family friends every time I call), but they are able to secure GREAT rates at whichever hotel we choose. My favs are the Hilton by Duke and Sprinhill Suites on McFarland because they have the indoor pool! Medstay always gets it right!

Heard back from MedStay in less than 24 hours. Appreciate the discount for our hotel. Will make the morning of my major surgery less stressful knowing that we are close to Duke rather than a few hours away. It will also provide a place for my family the day of my surgery, giving them a place to rest and unwind .One less thing to worry about. So appreciate their help during this difficult time. Highly recommend.
