These folks are just phenomenal! They were recommended to me by the hotel. They saved me a fortune, handled the reservation process for me and communicated clearly. Booked a hotel and never heard back if the reservation was approved. Tried calling multiple times and no one called me back. I assumed there were no reservations made. Then a month later, I see a no-show fee at the hotel I tried to book. Medstay booked it and never told me. I tried calling the hotel and asked for the hotel manager and she she would take care of it. I also called Sam at Medstay (ironically, he answered that time). I told him my husband had lost his job and I couldn’t afford the no-show fee for a hotel room that I didn’t even know was booked. He said he’d reach out to the hotel manager and get it taken care of. A month went by, and the charge was still on my card. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Do yourselves a favor- just book through the hotel and save yourself a headache from a disorganized and unprofessional company.

Sam & his staff give me peace knowing they get the job done. I have used their services many times & always have perfect results. Having a handicap spouse requires extra care & his knowledge helped me tremendously. I hughly recommend his services.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and quiet. MedStay reservations do not pay for parking. It is very convenient to the hospital and there are plenty of restaurants in close proximity. We have stayed there multiple times. It is easy to make a reservation on MedStay!
