It has been so great to have the option of a reduced rate via Med Stay during my husband’s continuing hospitalization three hours from our home. I’ve been in a hotel for three weeks and anticipate being here for several more. The staff at MedStay are easy to work with and dedicated to making things a bit better in a stressful situation.

This is the second time I have used Medstay. They are absolutely the best in Chapel Hill and Durham. I would give they more stars if possible. I had know idea how long my wife was going to be in the hospital. Since I have been here have called Medstay twice to extend my stay, and the first time was 3 hours before checkout. Everyone at Medstay is great. Thank you Medstay for what you do. John

Med Stay is helpful to me when coming to Durham for family medical issues. I have used them multiple times and have always found them to be courteous and able to place me where I want to be.

MedStay is a wonderful place to find accommodations at a reasonable price. The hotels and rooms are very nice and the owners are helpful and great to work with.

Very helpful and efficient. I talked directly to the hotel regarding medical rates and was told they didn’t offer them even though I had been told they did. I called MedStay to help me find a hotel and they booked the same hotel at a substantial savings. Thank you MedStay.
