Booked a hotel and never heard back if the reservation was approved. Tried calling multiple times and no one called me back. I assumed there were no reservations made. Then a month later, I see a no-show fee at the hotel I tried to book. Medstay booked it and never told me. I tried calling the hotel and asked for the hotel manager and she she would take care of it. I also called Sam at Medstay (ironically, he answered that time). I told him my husband had lost his job and I couldn’t afford the no-show fee for a hotel room that I didn’t even know was booked. He said he’d reach out to the hotel manager and get it taken care of. A month went by, and the charge was still on my card. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Do yourselves a favor- just book through the hotel and save yourself a headache from a disorganized and unprofessional company.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and quiet. MedStay reservations do not pay for parking. It is very convenient to the hospital and there are plenty of restaurants in close proximity. We have stayed there multiple times. It is easy to make a reservation on MedStay!

I have been using MedStay for a little over a year now! They have been the absolute best when it comes to booking through their online website as well as over the phone! They are extremely friendly and great communicators. I recommend using MedStay for any of your hotel stay needs in the Durham/Raleigh area/Chapel Hill area and having to travel there often for medical or professional reasons.
