I have been here 2 nights in a row. The first night I was missing my sweet tea, second night missing a whole piece of fish off my sandwich and a whole fry. The telephone number doesn't work to complain maybe someone will see this and contact. Late night crew both nights 5/30 and 5/31

However, the Male Hispanic Cashier had a problem counting the Money. I waited patiently and being a former teacher, told him how he could make things easier. He thanked me and told me that he thought he was doing it wrong. I assured him he was not. The staff was very professional and the restaurant was extremely clean.

This is what you should expect from a McDonald's. Almost every time we have gone there, we have had hot, made to order food for them which I find refreshing when it comes to McDonald's.
The most important reason I post is the customer service we experience we receive is off the charts. Me and my dad have come to love the service team culminating in Jackie helping us not only order but with the app itself. If you see her in the drive thru, you know its a good day! -
Absolutely DISGUSTED. Bit into my burger and saw nothing but raw pink meat. Appetite disappeared. Despite having it delivered I went to the store to get it addressed, and the customer service was HORRIBLE. NO apology, no regrets over it. A nonchalant, couldn't care less attitude. Terrible.

I ordered breakfast for my wife and myself. Wasnt given our cups when I received my food. I asked an employee for my chips so I could eat my breakfast while it was hot. He turned his back to me, not even making eye contact with me. He just held his finger up, as to say ; Hold on a minute. The only problem was, he never came back. I even called out to him in a louder voice and he still ignored me and walked over to the drive thru with nothing in his hands. He wasn't working the drive thru widow, just deliberately ignoring me. A nice young guy saw what this other employee was doing, so he came over and politely assisted me. Within 5 minutes of us eating our food, I saw another customer complain about the same employee. Then the manager came over and had a discussion with the rude employee. Won't be returning to this McDonald's
