Today at 4:43 PM on June 8, 2026I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese what I got was a patty that belongs in a big Mac and a bun that belongs in a big Mac masquerading to look like a quarter pounder. When I went back and asked why my order looks different and why there’s no quarter pound of meat on the burger. The manager looked at me and said what Meat? After I had to explained to her multiple times that this is not a quarter pounder. So I promptly asked for my refund and left. Also someone please tell the same manager that eating and being on the phone in the middle of the drive-through line instead of facilitating orders is not professional.

This McDonalds sucks. No parking spots. Super cramped space, slow staff, and bland soda.
They also have a no loitering sign limiting customers to only 30 minutes to eat their food in the store. That is just ridiculous. I understand this rule for people who just come to hang out, but never seen that before for paying customers - ridiculous. -
Spoiled Milk... that what was in my kid's meal. I asked to speak with the manager about it, the cashier stated he was but I wasn't sure he was because of the lack of customer service or training. I explained to him that the milk wasn't expired(the expiration tag was for Jan), but most likely the staff didn't put away the cold product away fast enough and left them out for HOURS. This milk was sour and my son drank it. The gentleman just looked nonchalant like it didn't matter or simply care. I'm sure if he went through the same situation he wouldn't be nonchalant. He offered me another milk but like I explained earlier the cold products are probably tainted. Like be real, milk was the last thing I want right now. I simple left... I feel bad for how the owner let him down but not training staff and 'management' well enough.

The ice cream fudge was as good as usual it was great and the washrooms weee exceptionally clean.
