Just left there order 2 ice creams for myself and my toddler the cashier offered a spoon I know she didn't have to but she was very sweet. I really appreciate that. Thank you for a great experience.

terrible customer service, they gave up a bland fish filet and after complaining they gave us the same thing then decided to give us boxes full of tarter sauce and cheese instead of nuggets.

We were in the drive thru and trying to order. The girl taking my order didn't hear me, apparently, I tried to repeat myself with a bit louder voice. She told me there was no reason for the attitude and then laughed. Never again at this location! I pulled away.

I didnt have a choice but come to this location. The service provided is not that great. I did a mobile order and im here sitting in my spot for 10 minutes. Order 7 minutes before. I literally seen 2 o cars go to drive thru. People picking uo orders. In and out. What's thr point of curbside or mobile orders if the service just isn't even near normal. This is b ow you dan tell its poorly managed. There is no excuse to neglect b any a service you provide. I cant even cancel because its been saying that they are already preparing. Which is most likely a lie. Definitely not coming to this location ever again.

The staff consisted primarily of Spanish-speaking Mexican workers, and it took considerable effort to communicate my needs effectively. It is therefore not surprising that many customers have expressed dissatisfaction. That said, the store itself was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated.
Ps. I ordered two Happy Meals, but neither included the advertised toys. Although this may appear insignificant, it suggests a lack of care in fulfilling standard customer expectations.
