Was disappointed with how unhelpful and frankly rude the staff member was to me trying to resolve my ticketing issue today. I got a group ticket with the alumni chapter of the visiting team, where the process was I purchased it through their link on Eventbrite and then Duke Athletics was supposed to email me the ticket on their ticketing platform but I never received said email. I had the QR from Eventbrite and payment receipt and showed them those and they literally just told me "we can't do anything about that" in a super condescending way and completely turned me away. There was no attempt to even try to look for my ticket in their system, as there was still was a seat I paid for associated with my email/name. They didn't even offer that I could purchase a new ticket for the visitors side, which I would have probably considered if given the option. I've been to college athletic events from tiny D2 schools to some of the largest SEC venues and I've never experienced such poor customer service where I was completely turned away for an event I paid for and offered absolutely no resolutions.

We called Friday because we had seats in a section we could not tell if we’re bleachers. We call the box office and give them our section number and seat numbers and ask if they are bleachers or seats with backs. We were told they had backs so no need for stadium chair. Get to the stadium and guess what bleacher seats. I’m not opposed to bleacher seats but we have kids and the stadium chairs for them would have made the game worth staying for.
