I got the curry ramen which was delicious! Food came out in about 5 minutes and the service was good. This is a great spot for a quick lunch! Prices aren’t too bad either.

This was our third time coming here while visiting Durham, and we have really enjoyed it each time. The ramen and gyoza are both good and consistently well made.
What really stands out is the woman who manages the restaurant. I’m not certain if she is the owner, but she is outstanding. She is incredibly kind, genuinely caring, and goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome!!! Her warmth truly makes the experience even better.
Great food and excellent service. We will definitely be back when we are in town again.

Everything was actually really good. The lady helping us was very nice and attentive. I tried a Japanese soda for the first time and she showed me how to open it without feeling bad for not knowing. The broth was delicious and the space is small and quaint. Definitely going back my nerospicy taste buds loved it☺️

We had the tonkatsu ramen, chicken bento box, spring rolls and gyoza dumplings. Everything was absolutely delicious, rivaling anything I have had in NYC or other bigger cities. The staff were lovely, and gave my son mochi ice cream at the end of the meal when they discovered it was his birthday. Highly recommended!

Love this little Ramen spot in Durham! I love sitting in the window and people watching. Always helpful friendly staff and you usually can get in and out fairly quickly. The ramen is good for the soul.

I’ve ordered here on Doordash but the in person experience was worth the visit. This is a quaint and charming spot on 9th street. There are many decent Ramen spots in Durham, but I think this one has exceptional service. I didn’t get the name of my server but she was absolutely amazing. I sat in for hours in this restaurant catching up with a friend and she checked in on my friend and I happily the entire time. All around superb customer service and it will bring me back time and time again. Food was delish too!

So far, I love this place. Even it doesnt have 1k reviews like Rosa or the other place in Durham but trust me, their noodle texture better than those places. Not Japan level or San Diego but I definitely come back.

Delicious Ramen served by wonderfully nice people, I haven’t had ramen this good since NYC. I believe they are genuine to their craft and serve exemplary food. I greatly enjoyed the atmosphere of the establishment, it felt like I was teleported to Japan. I will certainly be a returning customer during my time in Durham.

Convenient parallel parking out front with a two-hour limit. The hosts were kind and seated us right away and we ended up moving one table over because the AC vent was blowing cold air directly at our feet.
It was clean and had plenty of seating, though the tables were small—probably not the best for big groups, but fine for couples or solo diners.
Our waitress was nice, though she seemed to unintentionally rush us a little; I think she was just trying to stay attentive so we didn’t feel forgotten.
We ordered the chicken yakisoba noodle and chicken gyoza, both were really good and came out quickly. They even gave us an extra bowl for sharing, which was accommodating.
The water tasted clean (no weird chemical taste like some places), same for the tea. With two types of chili oil on the table and a small but solid menu, it was a satisfying meal—about $30 with tip. I’d definitely come back!

I got the Spicy Dan Dan ramen, which was WOW! The spice is very subtle in taste but will make you sweat a little. The pork made it taste so savory. I will for sure be coming back for it.
The service was great. I really felt welcomed. Feel free to ask them for recommendations if you are not sure what you want.

My boyfriend and I love this restaurant! Great for lunch or dinner. It's casual (you could probably wear sweatpants and be fine). The service is good. They don't have a huge menu, but what they have is excellent. I've never ordered anything I didn't like. Best for smaller groups (2-4 people).
