I just ordered from this restaurant on Uber. Eats food got delivered I started to eat one of the sliders I had and looked down to notice that there was a brown spot on the bread look closer There is mold all over my slider and the other one and then I called the store. The lady tells me that they don’t have mold on the bread she’s looking at as if I’m lying. I don’t even eat here. I just ordered from here cause I was craving mac & cheese. This is insane. -
Literally avoid this place if you can. Staff are rude as ever and that’s when they bother to show up. If you go in the drive thru, expect them to tell you to come in or to be yelled at or both. They often run out of chicken (like what) and also run out of drinks. Just find another one. They need to hire new people or just close this place down altogether.

Stopped here for lunch yesterday. Ordered the famous bowl with extra corn. Also got a lemon mini bundt cake. Everything was fresh and delicious. Had no wait to get my food it was ready in just a couple of minutes.

Drive thru closed and it took them 5 minutes to tell me. I go inside and they don't have tenders or nuggets, so I order a sandwich. They ring me up and then, oops we don't have any chicken at all. They offer a pot pie instead, and I say I just want to cancel and that takes another 10 minutes.

Ordered Uber Eats and they sent me a different order because they didn't have the order prepared. Be mindful they had 2 hours before close and decided to close down 2 hours early. I called to let them know the issue and the person that answered the phone stated they gave me what they had left instead of putting in the order that the item wasn't available or rather they didn't want to cook it because they were closing early. Then the person incompetent person hung up the phone not realizing the call was recorded. And they wonder why they're losing their jobs to people that want to work.
