I noticed Icon Beauty driving by and was delighted to see that they had a wide variety of items in stock. I needed some Got2B for a last-minute trip and they had exactly what I needed. I was able to make my purchase and go about my day within 5 minutes. I would be back to see what else they have to offer when I have more time. I also love the fact that this store is black-owned and Operated, definitely a plus.

Crooked business practice. I don't recommend ordering online from this beauty supply store.

I placed an order on March 22, 2026, and received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that never worked. After reaching out, I was told a replacement order had been sent, along with a new tracking number that also did not work.

Upon request, I received a few follow-up emails with vague updates. The last email I got claimed my order had been delivered to the post office, with a promise to investigate further. Why would my order be delivered to the post office if my address was correctly provided on both the original and replacement order?
Since then, I've been ghosted despite requesting a refund. At this point, I expect I’ll need to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back for an order that never arrived.
Overall, a frustrating and unorganized experience. AVOID!

The sales person was very nice. The store was clean. The atmosphere was peaceful. The prices are high compared to where I normally shop. The selection is very small. I won't be shopping here again unless I am in a bind and have no other place available to get my beauty products.

I had a fabulous experience today at Icon Beauty Supply! I was greeted by Chelsea upon entering, and she was very friendly, smiley, and personable. Furthermore, the entire store was neat, organized, and felt like a warm embrace. Such a welcoming experience, especially loved the Gospel music. I was in and out with exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Icon Beauty Supply. Black-owned with excellent customer service.

My daughters and I visited this store on 6/11/26 at 7:50p. Upon entrance a girl with curly hair at the register just stared at us. I spoke first said hello she said hi and continued her phone conversation. Another women (Chinese) walked in and she spoke with the quickness "Welcome to Icon".
We were looking around for conditioner we never got asked did we need assistance.
As we were leaving my daughter went to the wrong entrance and the girl at the register say wrong door. Now if she notice that, she also notice us looking for something. She did not say anything to us as we were leaving.

I have been to this location before and the experience was great. I believe the owner was there, apon entrance "Welcome to Icon" she stated and as leaving she stated "Have an Iconic day". That statement is unique and made me return to the store. I also listed this hair business in Tictok comment section for support of black owned in NC before this day. Whoever that lady was should have better customer service to ALL. She also stated she's a hair dresser to another customer for more context.
Im not blaming the owner but she indeed should know the staff she has can hurt her business if goes unchecked.
