West P went above and beyond to help me open my YMCA membership after other staff members were unable to get it set up. My membership is provided through my health insurance, which made the process more complicated, but West was patient, knowledgeable, and determined to figure it out. Thanks to his help, everything was completed successfully. Excellent customer service and truly appreciated!

The gym is a little small but they do a good job with the space they have. They just got fancy new treadmills. The best thing we like is the child care. My son always has a great time there and they do a good job keeping him occupied while we're working out.

I spoke to Gladys and Mayra as well as another person before that at the Lakewood YMCA ! The first woman at Lakewood was so informed on the phone and she was able to get her information on who to talk to in charge of programs.
Thank you! The three ladies’ knew about all of the financial assistance information process -And also I’ve got membership/team membership times and prices. I am so thankful I called!! The gym itself is very small but will do in a pinch. Parking is easy. I highly reccomend Li's Yoga classes on Saturday mornings. She is such a good teacher. I always leave feeling refreshed and invigorated!
