West P went above and beyond to help me open my YMCA membership after other staff members were unable to get it set up. My membership is provided through my health insurance, which made the process more complicated, but West was patient, knowledgeable, and determined to figure it out. Thanks to his help, everything was completed successfully. Excellent customer service and truly appreciated!

I spoke to Gladys and Mayra as well as another person before that at the Lakewood YMCA ! The first woman at Lakewood was so informed on the phone and she was able to get her information on who to talk to in charge of programs. Thank you! The three ladies’ knew about all of the financial assistance information process -And also I’ve got membership/team membership times and prices. I am so thankful I called!! I’ll be there working out soon!! Yay!! Thank you so much!! Here I come hope valley and or Main Street Lakewood YMCAs Happy customer and been using the YMCA Lakewood for swim lessons soccer and camp bull run/camp Excel. Such an amazing program!!
