Danielle, the front desk manager, was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, sweet, and personable, and she truly made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to help us find everything we needed and was always happy to assist with a smile. Her kindness and exceptional customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and look forward to seeing Danielle again. My friend and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!!

I want to give a shout out to Danielle who was an absolute pleasure when checking me in. She was so kind and professional! She went above and beyond to make sure I settled in ok. Great customer service! I also want to say that the gentlemen who drove the shuttle van were very kind and friendly. Great service from both men!

I was only here for 2 nights so I didn't get to utilize the amenities, but the hotel is nice. The bed and room was comfortable. There was no in-room safe, so be aware of that. The breakfast was fine, with good options for those of us that don't eat pork. Grateful for the turkey sausage! My 2 complaints: there is only one elevator, so you have to wait sometimes longer than you want to. And there was a strange odor coming off the pillows on my bed. It wasn't the linens. It was the actual pillow, so I removed it. I think someone may have sweated and the odor was trapped. The pillow needed washing!

Honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while. The food was fresh, everything stayed stocked, and the area was really clean. Erendira made the whole experience even better though she was super friendly, welcoming, and always checking to make sure everyone was good. You can tell she really cares about the guests. Great service all around!

Awesome! I flew out of Raleigh at 6 am and then decided probably would be best to get a hotel since I have an almost 2 hour commute. I was traveling alone and didn't want to park at the crazy far lot for half the price of a hotel room. I found on their website they had their own bundle for park and fly. I felt more comfortable doing that directly through them on their website than a third party website. And Shuttle service? More like a personal car service. Had really nice new clean mini vans and I was their only person there and back. My car was safe when I was gone, has very up front video cameras, security and all gals in the office are amazing. My room was clean and comfortable. I have zero complaints and feel like this is a SCORE! Most places for the park and fly wanted $260 and the shuttle are rolling tin cans full of people. Plus I noticed that even the best rated hotels were very outdated and their pictures were very deceiving. If you want a place that is clean, an obvious happy team to take care of you, park n fly, shuttle service with the best price. Cannot beat the value.
