Greeted by Diane at the front desk when we arrived. What a pleasant lady! Diane engaged us in good conversation as she efficiently checked us in. The room was clean and well maintained. For the first time ever we tried out the 'Evening Social'. We were very impressed. The food and drink were very good. Our sleep was great with a comfortable mattress and quiet room. We will return if in the future we need a hotel in the area. Thanks for making our stay such a pleasant experience.

This is one of the best hotel stays I've had in a very long time. The staff was friendly, helpful. The shuttle from the airport was convenient and quick. The happy hours were very good. The little dessert treat and refreshing beverage they had near the front desk every afternoon were delightful. The on-site self-serve laundry was very convenient . Overall a fantastic stay all the way around. I will gladly choose to stay here every time I'm on business in RTP. Great value for the price.

Check in was absolutely wonderful. Rooms are big bed very comfortable, very good value. Had a little situation but was taken care of quickly.

This is a great mid-priced hotel. The staff (front desk) was efficient and friendly. Our room was in excellent condition, furnishings & bedding were new and well appointed with a microwave and mini-fridge. Our room was so quiet, and it's an easy on-and-off at I-40. Breakfast choices were very much above-average. Highly recommend for a short stay.

I'm hard to please but I have to say this was a wonderful stay. Customer service was outstanding, room was very clean. They were having Social Night when we got in on Tuesday night. They fed us tacos, wine, beer and finger foods. On Wednesday morning they served a delightful breakfast. We had a great time while here. Thanks to the entire staff for their hard work. Mr. & Mrs. Nathaniel Fitch Sr. We will definitely come back.

Went for a long weekend. Spacious rooms, great service. Only downfall...lots of traffic noise on the front side of the hotel. We would definitely come back. Central to everything!!!

Where to begin!
I received a comp from the owners son.
He was happy with work that my company completed for him, and provided me and my family with two rooms some months back, had an expiration date years out.
I called and gave my info to Ms. Badillo, she checked everything out and got back to me promptly the next morning at 8:30, to confirm my reservation.
If you check my previous reviews on other establishments you’ll see I don’t hold back.
I can definitely tell this location is managed by the Daly family.
Clean room, friendly staff, safe location.
I didn’t have to worry about being bothered by individuals loitering outside in parking lots.
The front lobby was immaculate clean, WITH free chocolate chip cookies!
Did I mention the staff is actually friendly?
If you’re in RDU and need a safe place to lodge, this is definitely it!
With the direction this country has been heading, it good to know that we still have people who take pride in their work and want to provide quality service.

The hotel was terrific, but my bed was way too soft. That was my only complaint. The gentleman who checked me in and the gentleman that handled the next were just pure professionals. I will definitely come back. They had a big party of people booked in the holtel, but never once made any of us feel like they were more important than me. Bravo folks, great hospitality.
